Sapelle and mahogany stair treads and landing, using Torsion Box design technique that provides strong and lightweight stair treads and minimizes wood movement, were just one of the innovative features in this stunning, one of a kind home in West Vancouver. Other custom features include a solid Alder kitchen counter with a high gloss finish and built in electrical raceways allow lighting opportunities for the owner. A built-in closet in the main bedroom featured sliding closet doors, crafted with solid edge and a durable pilam finish. All pilam is adhered with PVC glues, to insure a guaranteed bond and no delamination.
